That great picture, developing new idea’s, motivating people or brainstorming around new challenges in the markets; 

I do all that in a non-traditional, out-of-the box way. 

Providing guidance and coaching young new talent is one of my many passions. 

Taking responsibility and accountability but also knowing when to take a step back to let people grow. 

I am naturally curious, connecting the dots and people and I am a great negotiator. I love to put my skills to work and am ready to accept new challenges.
