Creativity is my passion.
That great picture, developing new idea’s, motivating people or brainstorming around new challenges in the markets;
I do all that in a non-traditional, out-of-the box way.
Providing guidance and coaching young new talent is one of my many passions.
Taking responsibility and accountability but also knowing when to take a step back to let people grow.
I am naturally curious, connecting the dots and people and I am a great negotiator. I love to put my skills to work and am ready to accept new challenges.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Owner, CEO Stolk AV mediamakers
1999-2018
Family-owned production company delivering video and productions facilities for all the national broadcast and news agency’s.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 20 professionals
- Daily customer relationship management.
- Developing new media concepts and content strategies for customers
- Executing the aforementioned with a team of creative souls
Examples of executed projects:
- Live broadcast of TeamNL during the Olympic Games of 2004
- Media awareness campaigns with Facilicom (Rotterdam) where large external LED
screens promoted the company to
the public. Creating various animations (in multiple languages) to promote their new
intranet
- Developing and executing a new AV education framework for the Da Vinci College in
Dordrecht. Creating the
learning goals and competencies and delivering it directly to students
- Various media projects for RTL, NOS, SBS en SouthFields.
- Various projects for Your Media Group.
- Media training for the Royal Family in the Netherlands via the RVD
Founder, Owner Your Media Group
2010-2014
Your Media Group was created to bridge the gap between Internet strategies and Media. During that time there was no organisation that delivered a one-stop-shop to the market. This was a joint venture with an internet agency and a marketing agency.
Examples of executed projects:
- When Dort Sport managed to host the Short Track championships we assisted them with their internet
strategy for promotion of the championships.
- Creating of the Image Content Store for Unilever in conjunction with Stolk AV who delivered the content for
the Store. The Image Content Store supplied RAW data to various broadcast agencies for free usage.
- Live internet broadcast of Marathon Ice-skating in The Netherlands for sports promotion purposes.
- Narrowcasting project for the municipality of Overschie where we implemented the technology and content.
